Humpback whaleHumpback whale

Latin name: Megaptera novaeangliae

This lovely creature is an amazing mammal. Very friendly and curious, they often like to interact with people. I am currently working with the Project: "Beneath the surface-there is an ocean of love", which tells about the fascinating migration of the humpbacks, who move between their feeding grounds in the arctic during summer and the Carribean mating grounds in the winter time.
